How to join or renew your membership or change personal details
Join VAC
VAC is an area club within the British Masters Athletics Federation. Join VAC by clicking
here
to go to the OpenTrack BMAF Membership and Competition Management System to register and complete the membership
application process online.If you are already registered on BMAF OpenTrack, you
can join VAC without re-registering.
You
can pay the subscription by Debit or Credit Card using the Stripe payment system. The details will not be
stored anywhere after payment verification.
VAC Subscription Rates for 2025 -
2026
The membership year runs from April to March. From
01/04/2025 the subscription rate will be either:
- First Claim Annual Membership of VAC = £32 (£12
membership plus £20 annual registration fee for England Athletics)

2025
The membership year runs from April to March. From
01/04/2024 the subscription rate is either:
- First Claim Annual Membership of VAC = £31 (£12
membership plus £19 annual registration fee for England Athletics)

Second Claim membership of VAC = £12
Current (paid-up) UKA registration (with England
Athletics or Scottish, Welsh or Northern Irish equivalents) is mandatory for all club members competing in
licensed Track & Field events, individual road race and cross-country championships and any team
competitions.
If you join in the period October – March, you will pay
a half-yearly rate: £6 for ordinary membership plus a further £19 if you are becoming a first claim member of
VAC and you do not have a current (paid-up) registration with UKA/England Athletics. If you join in February
or March, you will receive these months free and pay the 2025-26 rate (unchanged at £12) for 14 months’
membership.
Before you are confirmed as
a VAC member, you will need to send a scanned copy/digital photo of the relevant page of your passport, as
proof of date of birth and nationality, by email to the Membership Secretary at membership@vetsac.org.uk
. If you were born
abroad, please also supply a digital copy of your birth certificate.
You may not be able to compete in VAC or BMAF events
until this is done.

Secretary, DOWNLOAD a PDF version of the membership application form.
Please complete the printed form, sign and send, together with a copy or photo of your passport details, as
proof of date of birth and nationality, and payment of the appropriate subscription (cheques payable to
VETERANS AC) to the Membership Secretary: Stuart Matthews, 22 Kings Road, Bury St. Edmunds IP33
3DJ.

Members’ Renewals for 2024-2025
Renew
VAC membership online by clicking
hereto
go to the OpenTrack BMAF Membership and Competition Management System. Log in with your username and password
to access your account. Click on the yellow “RENEW VAC” button which appears on your Home page (scroll down)
and can also be found on the Memberships tab of your “MY ATHLETE PROFILE”.
Renewals
for 2025-26 will open in February 2025.
You

If you are a second claim member of VAC, pay £12 to extend membership through to 1st April
2026.
2)
If you are first claim member of VAC, pay £32 to extend membership through to 1st April 2026. This
includes the England Athletics registration fee of £20 for 2025-26. This is mandatory for all club members
competing in licensed Track & Field and cross country events, individual road race championships and any team
competitions

If you are a non-competing member of VAC, pay £12 to extend membership through to 1st April
