OpenTrack data is used for membership and competition management and shared with third parties to the extent that it is necessary for these purposes.  Members have given their permission for this by joining VAC or another BMAF area club.   

OpenTrack data privacy notice 

VAC members will only receive messages of general interest in respect of membership and competition management as well as information about future events in accordance with their Athletics Interests defined in OpenTrack. They can opt out of these mass communications either by “Unsubscribing” to any communications or by ticking the opt-out box in their account in OpenTrack.
