VAC Committee Meetings and
VAC Committee meets every two months to review and plan the club’s activities and to discuss policy and
financial issues. A summary of the key points from the last meeting is available
club members wish to make comments, provide feedback or ask for an issue to be included on the meeting agenda
for consideration by the Committee, please contact the Secretary or another member of the

Committee meetings are held in a meeting room at
the East Croydon United Reformed Church, Addiscombe Grove, East Croydon CR0 5LP. Alternatively they may be held
virtually using Zoom.
2023 Annual General Meeting
The 2023 AGM took place at 7pm on Monday 11
September at the Civil Service Club, 13-15 Great Scotland Yard, London SW1A 2HJ.

Constitution and Disciplinary/Complaints Procedure
updated VAC Constitution was ratified at the 2018 AGM. Here is a copy of the
Constitution. In accordance with the Constitution, VAC’s
disciplinary/complaints policies and procedures are published
here on the VAC website.

competition management and shared with third parties to the extent that it is necessary for these
