The Pentathlon has been cancelled due to lack of officials.  

The 5000m track championship has been moved to the British Masters T&F champs in Derby on 11-13 September.

Men & Women. Age bands: 35-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Events (provisional): 100m 200m 400m 800m 1500m, 3000m, ShortH, 2km walk, 4 x 100m, LJ HJ PV TJ SP DT JT HT. Fewer events for older age bands. One VAC person per event per age band. VAC vest necessary.

England Masters Cross Country Trial and Selection Race for the England Team for the British & Irish Masters CC International match in November. 

Also the inaugural England Masters Cross Country Championships
